(PIC)  Norwalk - "Norwalk Square, one of the city's several  shopping districts, is on Rosecrans Avenue and Norwalk Boulevard. Land in this area was granted in 1784 to Manuel Nieto by his Spanish king, and it was not until 1868 that Norwalk was founded."
